Jasmen Lofton, 37, Lawrence Taylor, 29, and Deavonti Daniel, 32, all of Rome were arrested this week when they were found to be in possession of marijuana.
Lofton, Taylor, and Daniel were allegedly found to be in possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and digital scales. The marijuana was packaged in separate bags commonly used to distribute drugs.
According to police, Lofton was also driving with no insurance and no registration.
Lofton, Taylor, and Daniel are charged with felony possession of marijuana and felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
Lofton is additionally charged with knowingly driving a motor vehicle with suspended registration and driving without insurance.
