Two men, Samuel Colton Thompson, 20 of Silver Creek, and Austin Lane Ashley, 21 of Rome, were jailed this week after police said they were found prowling around East 17th and Maple Streets.
Reports said that police found the men hiding in a weeded area near a home in which they had no right to being at.
The men were also allegedly spotted near vehicles by their owners and ran when approached.
Both are charged with loitering or prowling.
