Norris Denardo Driver, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he pointed a gun at two people during a verbal argument.
Reports said that during the argument Driver allegedly pulled a gun out of his pocket and then pointed it at the two victims.
He is charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two misdemeanor counts of pointing a gun at another.
