Sharad Robinson, 24, of Rome, was arrested this week for being in possession of marijuana.

According to police, Robinson was driving a vehicle without a seat belt and failed to use his turn signal when turning off the roadway.

When Robinson was pulled over, he gave officers a false name.

He was also found to be in possession of more than an ounce of marijuana. The marijuana was packaged in different baggies. He was also in possession of digital scales.

Robinson is charged with felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug related objects, seat belt violation, failure to use turn signal, and giving a false name.
