James Neal, 51, of Rome was arrested this week for fighting with another at Steel King Industries.
According to police, while Neal and the victim were at Steel King Industries and a verbal altercation started. Neal then began to chase the victim. When Neal caught him, he proceeded to punch him multiple times. Neal allegedly also tried to strangle the victim.
As a result of the altercation, the victim has a large laceration to his wrist.
Neal is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony aggravated battery, misdemeanor battery, reckless conduct, and disorderly conduct.
