Charles Mark Parkinson, 51 of Rome, was arrested after police said he ordered then ate his food at Troys BBQ, but then proceeded to leave without paying.
Reports said that Parkinson ate Brisket, green beans, pintos, cornbread and a side of gravy.
The meal was valued at $15.98
Parkinson is charged with theft of services.
