A Floyd County Sheriffs Deputy arrested two men, Jeffery Austin Highfield, 21, and Miguel Angel Martinez, 26, after they saw Highfield rolling a marijuana cigarette at a location on Conn Street.
Reports said that the deputy stopped and questioned the men, and in the process locating a pill bottle containing marijuana under Martinez.
Both men are charged with marijuana possession.
