Daniel Rosas, 34 of Dalton, was jailed in Rome after he was accused of attempting to lure a 14 year-old girl to have sexual relations with him.
Reports added that when police attempted to apprehend him he tried to flee the scene, but was captured after a short chase.
Rosas is charged with using a computer to solicit a minor, reckless driving, attempting to elude police, driving on a suspended license, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
