Pamela Ferguson, 50, of Rome was arrested Tuesday for striking another person with a deadly weapon and cutting into two of the victim’s tires.
According to police Ferguson hit the victim on the hand with an aluminum bat. She then cut into two tires of a Chrysler 300, that belonged to the victim, and caused them to be deflated.
She is charged with felony aggravated assault and felony criminal damage to property in the 2nddegree.
