Maurice Zyslonne Stocks, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a concealed stolen gun during a routine traffic stop on North Avenue.
Police stated that the stolen gun, from Gordon County, was found in his waistband.
Stocks is charged with felon theft by receiving stolen property. Possession of a concealed weapon without a license, driving without license and probation violation.
