Jimmy Crawford Edwards, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him riding him bicycle down Shorter Avenue just after midnight without lights.
Reports said that police found meth in his possession with questioning him.
Edwards is charged with possession of meth and equipment requirements for a bicycle.
