Calvin Lamar Prater, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week at the Floyd County Courthouse after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with deputies.
Reports said that Prater fought with deputies after he was told to leave and then refused their orders.
Prater is charged with criminal trespass, two counts felony obstruction and disorderly conduct.
