Jonathan Adam Riddle, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after burglarzing a home on Redmond Circle and attacking the residents in the process.
Reports stated that Riddle entered the home, grabbed a 48 year-old woman by the throat and proceeded to push another around.
The incident occurred on August 15th.
Riddle is charged with aggravated assault, first degree burglary, two counts battery and simple assault.
