Robert John Waits, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he stole numerous items from a truck at A1 Trucking on Alabama Highway.
Reports stated that Waits stole three tractor trailer batteries ,three tractor trailer tires, and an change air cooler.
The theft occurred back on July 20th.
Waits is charged with felony theft by taking and parole violation.
