Steve Wayne Culberson, 35 of Lindale, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said that he made physical contact with his 28 year-old live in girlfriend.
After arriving at the jail, reports said that marijuana was found in Culberson’s boot.
Culberson is charged with simple battery, possession of marijuana and crossing a guard line with drugs.
