Joshua Wilson Crabtree, 26 of Calhoun, was jailed in Rome on numerous felonies after he was caught allegedly stealing a $140 pair of work boots from Tractor Supply.

Reports said that Crabtree was taken into custody a short distance away from the store. While searching Crabtree police said that they found him to be in possession of methamphetamine.

While at the jail, officers stated that he was found with marijuana in his socks.

Crabtree is charged with theft by shoplifting, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, possession of drugs during the commission of a crime and crossing a guard line with drugs.
