Jessica Dawn Smith, 28 of Silver Creek, turned herself into the Floyd County Jail this week after police said she stole $12,000 of furnishings from a home on Townview Road.
Reports added that the theft occurred on July 3rd.
Smith is charged with felony theft by taking.
