Brandi Rose Banks, 33 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports stated she stole her mother’s car and was later found with numerous durgs.
Reports stated that Banks took her mother’s car without permission and was found driving it the next day.
During a search of Banks she was found to be illegally in possession of Xanax and Zoloft, which was not in its original container.
Banks is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, possession of a schedule IV controlled drug, two counts possession of dangerous drugs and drugs not in original container.
