Joshua Clayton Cohely, 43, of Shannon was allegedly driving a go-cart down the road, with a suspended license, when he struck another vehicle, abandoned his go-cart and fled the scene on foot on July 14th.

 

Police said Cohely was found with a glass smoking device and methamphetamine when an arrest was being served at his home on July 18th.

 

Cohely is charged with hit and run, possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects, driving while license suspended or revoked, driving without insurance, and unregistered vehicle.
