Justin Ryan Barnett, 38 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said they found him to be in possession of a needle containing methamphetamien and a Zolpidem pill.
Reports stated that Barnett was found at a location on US 411 with the drugs.
Barnett is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.
