Mickey Andrew Hamilton, 36 of Plainville, was arrested in Floyd County this week after police said they found him to be in possession of meth and drug related objects while being stopped for driving on an expired tag.
Reports stated that the incident occurred at the Dollar General on Highway 53.
Hamilton is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, driving while unlicensed, driving on a suspended registration and probation violation.
