John Franklin Fields, 17 of Rome, was jailed Monday after he allegedly broke into numerous vehicles on Heather Road.
Reports said that Fields stole a backpack, chargers and an iPad.
The break-ins occurred July 15th.
Fields is charged with two felony counts of entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony or theft
