Arabrian Nicole Askew, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they pulled him over for speeding and in the process discovering the vehicle he was driving belonged to a woman whom had a protective order against him.
Police added that the woman’s purse, wallet, driver license and medication was located in the vehicle.
While being taken into custody he was found with a baggie containing marijuana.
Askew is charged with possession of marijuana, aggravated stalking, speeding and probation violation.
