Kelly Teneil Diamond, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her to be in possession of a pipe containing crack cocaine at a convenience store at 1403 N. Broad Street.
Diamond is charged with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession and use of drug-related objects.
