James Edward Latham, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he stalked a 64 year-old woman at her home on Melton Avenue.
Reports said that the victim had previously told the man to not come back to the home. She added that she saw him parked out on her street for several hours.
Latham is charged with stalking and criminal trespass.
