A homeless 64 year-old man, Michael Albert Cobb, of Rome, was arrested at Mellow Mushroom after reports said he began to yell and curse at a waitress before throwing change at her.
Reports added that Cobb was intoxicated during the incident.
Cobb is charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk.
