Jeremy Elijah Smith, 17 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after police said he stole a 2014 Honda ATV from a home on Kingston Highway.
Reports said that the ATV was valued at $10,000.
The alleged theft occurred back on February 11th.
Smith is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
