Peyton Forester Phillips, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after numerous threats stating that he was going to commit a shooting at the West Rome Wal-Mart.
Reports stated that Phillips said that he was going to hide in the woods and commit a shooting.
Authorities added that Phillips was also allegedly seen with firearms in his vehicle near the location.
Phillips is charged with two counts terroristic threats and acts.
