Rome High Student Founds with Numerous Drugs at School

Matthew Lee Hines, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week at Rome High School after police said he was found with marijuana and a liquid synthetic drug.

Hines is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession – manufacture – distribute a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
