Joseph Gregory Studdard, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly held a gun to a 28 year-old woman’s head while asking her if “you want me to kill you, don’t you?”
Reports added that Studdard also hit the woman in the face with a closed fist, resulting in bruises and scratches.
The incident occurred at a home on Vanns Valley.
Studdard is charged with aggravated assault, battery and terroristic threats and acts.
