Jason Robert Hubbard, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after he went to a home on Flora Avenue in Lindale and attacked man. When he arrived on scene he proceeded to hit a 52 year-old man with his fist.
Police added that Hubbard drove to the home on a suspended license.
Hubbard is charged with battery and driving on a suspended license.
