James Walter Durdin, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he posted nude photos of a woman without her permission on social media.
Reports stated that Durdin posted sexually explicit photos of a 33 year-odl Rome woman on Facebook back on January 21, 2016
Durdin is charged with prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmissions.
