Clayton William Grant, 17 of Rome, was arrested at Armuchee High School this week after he allegedly go into an altercation with a 15 year-old.
Reports said that Grant hit the child in the face numerous times causing a bloody nose, redness and swelling.
Grant is charged with battery.
