Jorge Luis Morales, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly was attempted to cash a stolen check of a Silver Cree woman.
The check was in the amount of $350.
He was also in possession of a glass smoking device containing meth residue.
He is charged with 4th-degree forgery, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects.
