Demetrius Dean Allen, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly lunged toward a 73 year-old man while yelling and screaming at him.
Reports added that Allen proceeded to a back room, where police arrived and found him setting clothing on fire.
Allen is charged with Arson, reckless conduct and intimidation of the elderly.
