Christopher Lee Williams, 38 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after police said he was found with drugs that he intended to distribute.
Reports said that Williams was found at East 3rd Avenue and Broad Street with methamphetamine that was packaged for sale.
Williams is charged with possession of met h, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license, probation violation.
