Reynaldo Baltazar, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly arranged to meet a 13 year-old girl at the Armuchee Post office for the purpose of performing a sexual act.
Reports said that the incident occurred back on November 17th.
Baltazar is charged with sexual exploitation of children.
