Edward Wayne Williams, 38 of Plainville, was arrested this week after he was accused of stealing 28,000 pounds of aluminum from his employer, Cycle Tex Inc.
Reports said that the thefts occurred between May 1 and November 2 of this year.
Williams is charged with theft by taking.
