Taylor Wright Fletcher, 26 of Adairsville, was jailed in Rome this week after he allegedly took $100 from a victim who believed the money was being applied to a vehicle that had bene taken to Repo Liquidators.
Reports stated that Fletcher then used the money for his own personal usage.
The incident occurred back on October 20th.
Fletcher is charged with theft by deception.
