Police arrested 60 year old Linda Kay Griffin, of Rome, Monday, along with a man, Charles Hundra Griffin, 46, she attacked with a knife.
Reports stated that the couple was arrested just after 2 am when Linda went after Charles with a kitchen knife.
Police went on that Ms. Griffin tackled the man in the home before “causing serious bodily harm”.
Mr. Griffin was also taken into custody on three contempt of court warrants after failing to pay child support.
Linda is charged with felony aggravated assault.
Charles is charged with three counts of contempt of superior court.
