Eloise Kate Mitchell, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she left a smoking device containing suspected cocaine in a public restroom on Maple Avenue.
Reports stated that her arrest came following a complaint about a suspicious person in the area.
Mitchell is charged with possession of cocaine, abandonment of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug-related objects.
