Shawna Renee Brumbelow Kelly, 56 of Lindale, was arrested this week after she allegedly gave someone else’s one year-old child’s belongings away.
Reports said that Kelly made the person believe that the items were hers to give away.
Two witnesses stated that Kelly asked them to move property for her. One of the witnesses stated that he was given $20 to move the property from the home.
Kelly is charged with theft by taking and probation violation.
