Two people were arrested at a home in Silver Creek after allegedly attempting to hide out a man wanted by police.
Reports stated that April Michelle Purvis, 43 of Silver Creek, and Jason Gregory Carter, 33 of Rome, failed to notify police of the whereabouts of Gary Lamar Purvis, despite knowing his location and the fact that he had an active warrant for his arrest.
Reports stated that Carter harbored the fugitive as well.
Both are charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
