Dustin James Lopez, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was allegedly kicked 81 year-old woman’s door in.
Reports stated that when police arrived they found the suspect and during a search located a plastic baggie of methamphetamine and a needle.
The incident occurred at a home on East 20th Street.
Lopez is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
