Jason Robert Cowart, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of violating a protective order and was stalking an unidentified female victim.
Reports stated that Cowart followed the woman and then proceeded to block her driveway near Warren and Russell Field Roads.
Cowart is charged with aggravated stalking.
