Trey Devin Posey, 19 of Plainville, was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at a 22 year-old man on Highway 53 at the Dodge dealership.
Reports said that the incident occurred in the roadway just after midnight Sunday.
Posey is charged with pointing a gun at another.
