Slyvia Ann Sullins, 19 of Rome, was jailed this week after she placed a victim in fear of their safety at a location on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports added that Sullins physically resisted officers commands to step out of a vehicle. They added that Sullins wedged her feet in the door in the doorway of the vehicle in an effort to not be removed.
Sullins is charged with simple assault and obstruction of law enforcement.
