Dameishia Mecole Morgan, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly violated a protection order and physically attacked a 25 year-old woman at a location on Spring Creek Road at East 14th Street.
Reports said that Morgan hit the woman, which left visible scratched and bruising on her.
Morgan is charged with battery, aggravated stalking and affray.
