Charles Raymond Astin, 38 of Rome, was arrested after he allegedly abandoned crystal meth and a glass smoking pipe on Pleasant Valley Road.
Report stated that Astin was walking around the area and left the drugs for anyone to find.
Astin is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and abandonment of dangerous drugs.
