Arthur Tremaine Adams, 44 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after police said they found him to be in possession of a meth pipe containing methamphetamine.

Reports stated that the crime occurred at a home on East 14th Street.

Adams is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.
